  • Do you provide outside services

    Yes, we provide outside services including sampling from our Well Services company.

  • Are sample containers provided

    Yes. There are many different requirements for sample containers and the preservation of samples. Both are important factors in each analytical method. Contact the laboratory with your sample plan, and we will provide the correct container and preservative for your needs.

  • Will you ship to clients outside of Connecticut

    Yes. We provide clients with all the necessary containers, instructions, coolers, and ice packs for any sampling needs you may have.

  • What are your payment terms

    Terms are net 30 days from receipt of invoice. We accept VISA, MasterCard and checks. We also accept Government Purchase Cards.

  • Are sampling instructions provided

    Yes, instructions are provided each time a kit is sent to a client. In addition, we provide shipping instructions to ensure that the samples arrive in the manner required by the analytical method.

  • What type of shipping is provided

    Federal Express does all shipping to and from the client. Due to temperature and holding time requirements, samples must be submitted to the laboratory by the next day, and Federal Express ensures that these criteria are achieved.
