Do we provide outside services?
Yes, we do provide to services to outside clients and are constantly striving to meet expectations.

Are sample containers provided?
Yes. There are many different requirements for sample containers and preservation of samples. Both are an important factor in each analytical method. Contact the laboratory with your sample plan and we will provide the correct container and preservative for your needs.

Will you ship to clients outside the state?
Yes, we provide clients with all the necessary container, instruction, coolers and ice packs for any sampling needs they may have.

What are payment terms?
Our terms are Net 30 days from receipt of invoice. We accept VISA/MasterCard, and checks. We also accept Government Purchase Cards.

Are sampling instructions provided?
Yes, the instructions are provided each time a kit is sent to a client. In addition we provide shipping instructions to ensure that the samples arrive in the manner required by the method.

What type of shipping is provided?
All the shipping to and from the client is done by Federal Express. Due to temperature and holding time requirements samples need to be submitted to the laboratory by the next day and Federal Express ensures that these criteria are achieved.
